These tables do not have to be memorized for the test, but you must carry the specified equipment onboard.

Your Vessels' Requirements may change; please refer to the most recent edition, published by Transport Canada.

Small Vessel Regulations: Summary of Equipment that must be carried (according to vessel length).  Tables don't have to be memorized for the test!  These requirements apply only to Pleasure Craft, owned, borrowed or rented, including airboats, air-cushion vehicles (hovercraft) & wing in ground effect vessels.

The Equipment Listed is the minimum that must be carried onboard.     For it to Save Lives . . .
· It must be Readily Accessible,
· It must be Maintained, so it works when you need it!  (Spare bulbs & fuses available)
· Familiarize yourself (ahead of time), with its function & operation!
